We have mobilized investors, navigated city councils, and built organizations from the ground up in the very neighbourhoods we now help others revitalize. We have stood where you are standing.

That changes the nature of the advice. We do not hand you a framework developed in a boardroom. We work through the decisions you face because we have already encountered them ourselves, in our own projects, with our own money and reputations on the line.
