You shared your information with us. Here is what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. This policy complies with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec’s Law 25.
What we collect
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and a message about your project. You can optionally include a phone number and organisation. That is everything we collect. There are no cookies and no tracking pixels. We use Netlify Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It works from server logs and lightweight performance measurement, not cookies or personal data.
Why we collect it
One reason: to respond to you. We use your information to answer your inquiry, follow up on your project, and have a conversation about how we can help. We will never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Where it goes
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, on servers in the United States. By submitting the form, you consent to that transfer. We keep your information only as long as we need it to address your inquiry and for basic record-keeping. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you can:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data

Changes
If we update this policy, the date at the top of the page will change. The substance will stay straightforward.
